Health and Safety

AISM is a closed campus. Once on campus, students are not permitted to leave without parental permission and office approval before the end of the school day. Parents are required to contact the office if their child is to leave early or if there are any changes regarding their normal pick-up.    

The school has a security guard on duty at all times, as well as security features such as a high perimeter wall, fire extinguishers, and high visibility lighting at night.

Drop-Off 

Parents/Drivers may choose to park their car and escort the student(s) directly to the main door or they may drop students off at the front entrance where they will be greeted by the guard on duty.  

Pick-Up 

The school day ends at 2:45 pm.  Their home room teachers escort students to the front gate and students leave one by one as their parents arrive. If there are any changes in pick-up, parents are to call and inform the office, or send a note with the child. If the office was not informed in advance, a phone call will be made to the parents while the child waits in the office.

Pick-Up from After School Activities 

At the end of after-school activities, parents are asked to pick up their children on time. If students have not been picked up on time, a phone call to the parents will be made and the student will wait in the office.
